Staff are smiley and will greet or smile. However should maybe brief staff so that they are well versed or knowledgeable to handle queries confidently. Also to improve on the speed of requests via face to face ordering or watsapps. Otherwise overall was satisfactory.

수영장 등 조경이 매우 예쁩니다. 방이 넓진 않지만 깔끔하고, 1층 룸들은 발코니를 열고 나가면 바로 수영장과 바다까지 이어져요. 스파로 유명하다고 하던데, 급하게 잡은 숙소라 예약이 꽉 차 있어 이용하지 못해 아쉽습니다. 근처에 있는 반얀트리와 카시나 리조트와 레스토랑 등을 공유하는데, 무조건 예약을 하고 가야해서 그게 좀 불편했던 건 있어요.

我們是帶小孩暑假遊，從新加坡坐穿到民丹島，從民丹島碼頭出來10分種車程到酒店。悅春的酒店設施和房間都相對陳舊了一些。房間是乾淨的，如果你不是很挑剔的話還是可以住的。酒店的服務員都很熱情。不過這家酒店沒有會中文的服務員，你要英文交流。早餐還不錯，可以喝鮮榨果汁。如果從五星酒店標準評價的話，我不推薦。娛樂設施和小孩子游完項目基本沒有，體感很是一般。建議住更好一點的悅榕莊、clubmed或者別的酒店。下圖大家可作參考。

Service staff was friendly and smiley. They upgraded us to a suite which was very much appreciated. I have indicated that the stay was for my son's Birthday and was welcomed by the nice decoration and cake which my son enjoyed very much. The Kids Club is quite small. Varieties for breakfast can be improved and the restaurant felt uncomfortably warm with some flies flying around. The massage at the spa was good and we were served a nice pot of tea with yogurt and fruits after treatment.

맛있는 음식, 청결 상태 , 친절한 직원분들 휴양 장소로 더할나위 없는 곳입니다. 다만 룸서비스 이외 편의점이나 기념품 등 간단한 물품 구입하는 상점이 없어 다소 아쉽습니다 . 특별히 별도 엑티비티로 신청한 반딧불이 투어는 너무 좋았던것 같습니다. 저를 비롯한 가족 모두가 잊지 못할 경험을 한거 같아요^^ 좋은 휴가를 보낼수 있게 도와 주셔서 감사드립니다. 감사합니다.

Excellent service from the concierge to the servers to the spa staff. They are also very accommodating. They made an effort to speak in english eventhough I spoke in their local language. Also fast responses when we communicated via email. Liked the room I was given as well due to the unobstructed view of the sea. However, The resort could use with more lights at the pathway as its still quite dark when walking about the resort at night.

As a first time solo traveler, I would say I did not have anything planned the moment I reached the resort. But my goal for this 訂房網站 was mainly a getaway from everyday city life and it did reach my purpose. There are activities that can be in and around the resort. First time tried kayaking and archery. All the staffs were super friendly. From reception, activities, restaurant staff until check out. I went during an off peak season, so even passing by a staff at the lobby of the Lotus Cafe, I was shocked that I was greeted by the staff with my name.
